My introduction to " Karma Secrets " meditation began the day I attended a 3 day " The Secret " seminar September 2, 2008. By way of the Laws of attraction, I was drawn to sit beside and work with a man who had a connection to a consistently higher quality of energy that I was seeking. This higher quality energy source is yours and mine to access. This access to a higher energy source is simple yet difficult to explain in words. In just minutes you can witness , a correction of the neck and spine.The neck in particular and those vertebrae, and the particular nervous system / electrical / motor controls of the arms and hands are affected by persons diagnosed with Parkinsons. The result being " unable to hold onto " Being / feeling, in a state of "unable to hold on to " someone or something is the core CONFLICT ( as recognised by GERMAN NEW MEDICINE ) that results in the symptoms that are diagnosed as Parkinsons. It is in the resolution of that conflict " usually unconsciouly over time " or consciously if you are aware of the connection that the physical manifestation of the healing process ( shaking / vibrating limbs) begins
You may at first experience nothing till you let go. Some people will then have an extraordianry experience.In this process, there is no external conscious manipulating of the body. You are not moving your body; it is similiar in some respects toYoga except that your internal body wisdom , not your mind or some teacher dictates when to move out of position. Your body is doing the movement itself, being guided from within. Resisting the movement sends a clear suttle message that the path of least resistance is already being executed effortlessly . The proof is in taking the time to sit or stand as instructed in the lessons and trust the wisdom of your being. This is a true gift to receive. I am honoured to be able to present it to you. The most amazing part of my experience with this work has been in the 15-16th days into the daily allowing the experience to unfold where my face and jaw have been, best described as unravelling, particularly around the eyes and right side of face where there has been trauma in the past including shingles. My jaw has involuntarily moved rapidly from side to side. That is the best description I can give. Just think of a life time of faces and squints and expressions of distaste, hurts, anger and resentment that have accumulated and manifested in what we are " faced with " in the mirror of our life, at this time in our lives. Our bodies are absolutely products of our expressed and unexpressed emotions. The particular physical trauma to the right side of my face which gave me a crooked smile was shingles about twenty years previous, emotionally the result of stress over a personal relationship. " not being able to hold on to " as well
The experience of this practice, which means you do it more than once as it's a process that continues from where the body left off, is incredibly grounding and calming. I experience calm every time regardless of the position I am guided to, either sitting or standing or swaying back and forth. You may be guided onto the floor your arms twisted behind your back It may be a bit uncomfortable at times however you will be guided out just as easily as you were guided into the posture. Calm is the true state of Higher Source Energy. Karma Secrets guides you to that place.
Update Dec. 2010 . The only way for the body to unwind is for it to be unrestricted which is why the most results are seen in the standing position. I have found a way of unwinding a long standing hip issue diagnosed as " you'll be needing a hip replacement in about 10 years " well over 15 years ago . Simply by takeing a table top " yoga position " basically on all fours and lifting that particular leg and holding the leg parallel to the floor and allowing it to do its' thing, which is shake / wobble on its own quite rapidly as a matter of fact. You will always get a sense of it being the right thing to happen. This particular unwinding is similar to the shaking of the arms hands ( release of trauma > GNM = healing ) that persons with Parkinsons develop and is unfortunately mis-diagnosed as a " verifying symptom. " Any Yoga instructor will tell you that " the shaking " you may experience while in a particular pose, the longer you allow it , is ultimately a beneficial release of that which is held in the body and not necessarily weakness of strength.
